I have read the other books in this series and this one didn't disappoint. Kimberly McKay has such a back in her writings. She captures you within the first few pages and you are hooked. This story had so much packed into it. Love, family, mystery, action, and a supernatural visit from an aunt. I loved this story. I cried through various chapters. Well written! Love it!

When Danny returns to his childhood home, he braces for a confrontation with the past. He’d never dream he’d lose his past altogether. But when a sudden head injury gives him amnesia, he struggles to remember his history and Sam, the beautiful woman who claims to just be an old friend, despite his heart telling him she was so much more. This was a sweet and compelling book with relatable main and secondary characters. McKay threads drama, romance, suspense, and faith elements together to make an entertaining and uplifting story with a heartwarming conclusion.

So, I read book one and two of this series and I loved them. This one does not disappoint either. I enjoy that all of Ms. McKay's books have a touch of supernatural to them as well as a good amount of action. I will be looking for more of her books in the future.

So enjoying this series and Blind Instincts is my favorite of the series. Not to take anything away from the first 2 books, which I also loved. Danny and Sam get their second chance after being apart for a some time. Danny comes back home after his aunt died and she left some stipulations in her will. After an unfortunate accident that leaves him with amnesia, he feels the connection with Sam, his girlfriend before he went off to college. There is romance, drama and suspense as Danny tries to remember his past with Sam.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. McKay intertwines elements of suspense, romance, and the supernatural to craft an endearing story you will not want to put down. The characters are realistic and dimensional, and the faith elements add to the story without being preachy or intrusive. Be prepared for a late night!

I have read all of this author's books. This is my new favorite. It is a definite page-turner. It normally takes me a week to read a book but I read this one in 2 days. It was suspenseful, well written, and had some nice twists in it. I appreciate an author's work when I can’t figure out what comes next. You will enjoy this book in the series or even as a standalone.

Thank you to those who have taken the time to leave reviews this week. The book has been live for a week and I'm humbled with the number of reviews it's received. If you've not got your copy yet, it's a quick read with characters that stay with you!
